Plain-language expectations for using Aimy
GPS distances are estimates for information only. Mounting hardware and tablets in a moving cart involve real-world risk—you are responsible for how you install and use equipment. Never operate a cart or vehicle while distracted.
Use Aimy only when it is legal and safe to do so at your venue. Do not drive distracted. Pull over or hand the tablet to a passenger when you need to focus on driving, other players, or course staff.
We may change the product, website, or these terms as Aimy evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. If something here conflicts with a separate agreement you have with us (for example a subscription or enterprise contract), the more specific agreement controls for that topic.
